Russian History: 20th Century – Parts I & II

This ground-breaking work was written by over forty-five historians led by historian and religious scholar Andrei Zubov. Offering a comprehensive view of Russian history and a different perspective from that of the Kremlin, it now includes the history of Russian emigration of the 20th century. Zubov describes the volumes as “the history of the people, not the history of processes and powers”. Our cover designs feature well-known and less well-known faces of Russian history. In large numerals, the years marking the periods of each volume dominate the covers, as do the centrally placed titles.
